ALF MAX

ALF MAX is more than an articulating robot arm. It is a complete
automatic load forming system at a price that makes a quick return
on investment. The bundle presentation includes twinning, doubling
and squaring. Automatic tie and bottom sheet insertion as well as
cap sheet are parts of the system.
ALF MAX is preprogrammed to build a wide variety of unit patterns.
Loads are built directly on conveyor eliminating the need for floor
pits and facility modifications. ALF MAX can be assembled in several
configurations to insure an easy fit in any box plant.

LOADMASTER®

The LOADMASTER® Semi-Automatic Load Former allows an operator to
build unit loads from bundles of material without lifting. The
operator receives incoming bundles on a transfer table and slides
them onto a stripper plate to form a layer pattern. When the layer
is complete, the operator cycles the stripper plate to place
the layer on the load. When the desired layer count is reached,
the load discharges automatically.
The LOADMASTER® is offered in either hydraulic or electric drive
models.

Omni-Pall

The Omni-Pall Automatic or Semi-Automatic Palletizer is the most
versatile palletizer on the market for both corrugated and solid
board.
Due to its unique 4-way positive squaring action, almost any box
coming out of your converting machine can be handled, RSC boxes,
complicated die cut-shapes, trays, etc.
