Bundle Inverter
|
The Bundle Inverter receives and clamps bundles,
then inverts them as needed in a pattern specified by the operator.
Bundles that do not need to be rotated are conveyed through.
The Bundle Inverter improves load quality and bundle flow. It reduces
physical labor and potential for injury, since heavy bundles do
not have to be lifted.

Bundle Rotator
|
The Bundle Rotator rotates bundles +/- 90° or 180° to the
left or right. The rotater is servo coltrolled and does not require
bundle dimension input. Conveyor is included as part of the unit. |
Bundle Doubler
|
The Bundle Doubler stacks bundles with a roller-in pusher-out 90° corner conveyor. Forks lift the first bundle as the second bundle
enters, then the forks retract to place the second bundle on top of
the first bundle. The pusher then exits the doubled bundle. |

Bundle Centerer
|
The Bundle Centerer squares and centers bundles. When the bundle
enters, a pop-up stop plate stops the bundle allowing the centering
fingers to center the bundle on the conveyor. The Bundle Centerer
is useful when bundles become randomly positioned on conveyor due
to sweeps conveyor corners, etc. It can be used with Bundle Rotators or
Automatic Load Forming Systems. |
