Alliance Customer Services is the service department of Alliance Machine Systems Europe BV (AMSE BV). AMSE BV is a subsidiary of Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC (AMSI). AMSI is the global source of innovative products and services to enhance the efficiency and performance of the paperboard packaging industry.
Early 2000, Quadro Engineering BV, and Serco Holland BV are merged into a company that you now know as AMSE.
In 2001, AMSE acquired a majority shareholding in ASC Pallmac BELGIUM.
In 2003, all three companies became a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMSI and were restructured. The Sales, Project Management, Finance and Engineering departments are currently located at the company’s site in Bladel. The Assembly department is located in Hengevelde, whilst the Services department is split between Bladel and Bruges.
Alliance Customer Services provides a comprehensive range of after-sales services for your machinery, including spare parts, technical assistance, maintenance contracts, check-up visits and training. We are also pleased to receive enquiries regarding the supply of new machinery.
